AUGUST'S GONGS UNDER THE STARS

When Gongs meet the universe.

A first for the East Midlands. 

A truly bespoke event where nature and nurture meet. 

We are excited to announce the opening of our gardens in the warmer coming months so you may experience the power of the Gongs under a canopy of stars , laying on the Earth surrounded by the universe. 

This is a truly unique experience worthy of your company.

Gongs need nothing but for you to be receptive in order to fully appreciate their gift, they must be experienced to be understood.

ARRIVAL FROM 8.30PMFOR A 9.00PM START.

THINGS TO BRING TO A GONG BATH.  

THIS EVENT IS HELD OUTSIDE SO WE ASK YOU BRING EXTRA WARM LAYERS.

WOOLLEY HAT, JUMPER, THICK SOCKS, COMFORTABLE COAT, THICK BLANKETS/QUILT/SLEEPINGBAG.

 A Gong Bath is ideally experienced laying down but it is possible to use a recliner chair if mobility is a problem.

It is advisable to bring with you something super comfy to lay down on, a thick yoga mat, a single sized Inflatable air bed, a folded single quilt or a “Z” bed are ideal.

A blanket/sleeping bag for warmth. THINK SUPER WARM

A pillow for your head.

Something comfortable to to wear while you rest. THINK EXTRA WARM LAYERS

A water to drink afterwards.

CONTRADICTIONS...

Age must be over 18

Not under 3 months pregnant

Sound Sensitive - urge caution with tinnitus

Ménière’s disease - sound sensitive

Epilepsy

Severe mental illness (psychosis, schizophrenia, drug dependency)

Resent hip joint operations with metal implants

Have a pacemaker fitted
