A Gong Puja is a unique and powerful healing experience, for some, it’s life changing. It involves spending the whole night sleeping in the same room as the Gongs, while they are played non stop for 7 1/2 hrs. At sunrise the Gongs fall silent, and a beautiful healing silence will surround you.

WHAT IS A GONG PUJA?
A Gong Puja is a unique and powerful healing experience that was created by my Mentor and Gong Teacher, The Grand Gong Master, Don Conreaux.
The word "Puja" means "honour, worship and devotional attention"; and the whole process allows you to reconnect to your own inner strengths, reintroduce you to your resilience and reconnect you to your persona; power and self-love.
A Gong Puja is sometimes so powerful for some, it can be life changing.
