About the Event
A Gong Bath is a perfect reset button, removing your stress and anxieties, restoring a much-needed balance to your mind, body and spirit.
Gongs need nothing but for you to be receptive in order to fully appreciate their gift, they must be experienced to be understood.
THINGS TO BRING TO A GONG BATH.
A Gong Bath is ideally experienced laying down but it is possible to use a recliner chair if mobility is a problem.
Ā It is advisable to bring with you something super comfy to lay down on, a yoga mat, an air bed, a folded single quilt or a āZā bed are ideal.
Ā A blanket/sleeping bag, ideally both for warmth.
