About the Event
Drumming is a universal language.
It transends gender, race, age, and all religious beliefs. It's an activity we have done since the dawn of time.
"The Wind Listeners Community Drum Circles" were created over 10 years ago by GONGS BY JULIA.
They were a way of bringing people together, creating much needed community connection.
Those drum gatherings have evolved over the years but their ethos remains the same. Put the person at the centre of the experience, allow them to express their creativity and they will have fun and build confidence.
We are all made of rhythm. We have our own unique Grandfather and Grandmother rhythms laid down in our bones at conception - rhythms that sustain us, and upon which we build all of our rhythms.
