Located at Tranquil Waters - Our private health and wellbeing retreat. Overlooking a stunning deer park on a tree-lined 100-acre private estate, Tranquil Waters will transport you to blissful relaxation as soon as you step through the eco-house glass doors.

While laying on the floor wrapped in a blanket , head resting comfortably on a pillow.

The sound created by the Gongs washes over you, enveloping you, creating vibrational ripples within your body. Calming soothing vibrational sound slowly lowers your heart rate, lengthens your breath and naturally lowers your blood pressure.

After your Gong bath experience - we will all venture over to The Retreatery - Coffee Lounge & Bistro, to enjoy some mulled wine and a Christmas cob and it'll give you an opportunity to reflect on the experience with other guests and Julia.
