PAUSE YOUR PROBLEMS. BE STILL. BREATHE.


Inner peace is a deep human need, just like air, water, love, and sunshine.

The trouble is that even though we want it, we live as though we can do without it.


This internal super power allows us to relax, and take advantage of using our emotions and feelings as an internal guidance system.


It's a peace that helps us understand if we are on the right track in our life, or if we need to make changes and adjustments.


When our minds quieten, inner stillness is where we land. From there we can replenish our energies, rest the body, release any anxieties and stress and gain clarity so our inner guidance makes the decisions.


💨 Take a moment in your day for YOU.


💨 Find a quiet space, ideally outdoors. Sit somewhere comfortable, make sure you are warm, allow your body to relax just a little.


💨 Close your lips and use your nose to inhale slowly from your tummy, and count to 4 as you breathe in, filling the lungs.


💨 Hold the air in your lungs while you silently count from 1 to 4, and then slowly release the air through your mouth as you count from 1 to 4.


💨 Repeat three to seven times. .....


LET THE PEACE ARRIVE.!
